B.S. Biology

I graduated in Spring 2022 with a bachelor’s in biology from New Mexico State University. During my time as an undergrad, I was in several musical ensembles and worked in an organic chemistry lab synthesizing CBD derivatives. Upon graduating, I worked in a neuroscience lab at NMSU studying stress and vocal learning in budgerigars. I joined the Leventhal Lab in August 2023, where I help manage the lab, care for the rodents, and am primarily focused on histology.

M.S. Pharmacology, B.S. Pharmacy

I studied epilepsy and ion channel pharmacology at Peking University, where I earned my bachelor's degree in 2022. In the following year, I worked on opioid pharmacology at the University of Michigan and earned my master's degree. In July 2023, I joined Leventhal lab. Interested in neuroscience and neuropharmacology, I am happy to help address scientific problems in these fields. As a rodent lover, I also enjoy spending time with the rats here.
